One Stop Shop Project Manager

Ohk energy are a Registered One Stop Shop Contractor with SEAI and will be dedicated in retrofitting homes become a more comfortable and energy efficient home. Our aim will be to provide the highest standard of retrofitting to homes all across Ireland by excelling in customer service from start to finish with a clear focus on delivering a satisfactory customer journey.

Role Description:

• The One Stop Shop Project Manager will report Directly to OSS Contracts Manager.
• Project management of Home energy Retrofitting works in accordance with the SEAI retrofitting code of practice.
• The OSS Project Manager will be responsible for coordination with the Home owner on delivery of the retrofit measures as agreed and supervision of the contractors on site and direct labour to insure the project will be delivered on time and within budget in the most efficient manner.
• Coordination with service network providers Gas networks Ireland and ESB when needed.
• Coordination with in house Health and Safety and Quality Assurance with reports when required.
• Carry out pre site surveys in Coordination with Ohk Energy sales consultants to ensure project costs are in line with Scope of works required and to identify any additional extra works needed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained in relation to safety and installation.
• Carry out in house pre SEAI inspection audit to insure the Retrofit works will comply with the SEAI inspections team.
• The OSS Project Manager will also be responsible for updating the CRM system with all the relevant aspects and notes applicable to all individual retrofit contracts they are managing.
• Daily coordination with fellow members of the One Stop shop team will be necessary to ensure projects are completed in accordance with the agreed contract of works.
• Assisting Ohk Energy design department to achieve compliance with DEAP software for OSS projects.
• Liaising with Accounts department regarding costs associated to each measure of the contract and payments in line with the agreed contract terms.
• Carrying out site inductions and tool box talks with sub-contractors and direct labour employees.
• The Project manager role will involve traveling to Sites on a weekly basis as required to deliver each project in an efficient and professional manner while maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
• The role will also involve office duties on a weekly basis to ensure project updates, material orders, finance Coordination, sales Coordination, HSEQ coordination and all aspects of the OSS projects are running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in One Stop Shop / retrofit is essential.
• Qualification in Project Management or equivalent.
