HSEQ Administrator

Our team is growing, and we are now seeking a motivated HSEQ Administrator to join our Health and Safety department in Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Flex Manager.
• Support Onboarding Process.
• Assist with Onboarding of sub contractors.
• Identify training requirements and organise same.Purchase and maintain stock of PPE.
• Assist in the maintenance of the ISO Management Systems.

Qualifications & Experience

Desirable

• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Highly Organised and ability to work with software systems.
• Minimum 1–2 years’ HSEQ administration experience, preferably in construction, renewables, or M&E installations.
• Knowledge of Irish health & safety legislation and construction practices.
• Experience with regulatory compliance.
