Typically, we recommend annual servicing. However, warranties, usage patterns and environmental conditions can influence the ideal frequency.

Heat pumps may require servicing if you experience:

• Reduced heating or cooling efficacy.
• Unusual noises.
• Strange odours.
• Frequent system cycling.
• Increased energy consumption.

Your heat pump manufacturer may also advise a specific servicing schedule.
