We recently celebrated a huge milestone at Ohk energy – the graduation of our first ever Renewable Construction Technologies traineeship cohort.
And our second years are already off to a fantastic start.
This programme has been an incredible collaboration with the Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB), and we’re truly grateful for the opportunity to grow and develop this training pathway together.

The Renewable Construction Technologies Traineeship combines classroom learning at Monaghan Institute with hands-on experience working alongside our installation teams.
This approach gives students both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills they need to excel in Ireland’s renewable energy sector.
What makes this programme special is that it’s Ireland’s first ever renewable energies technologies course, developed specifically to meet the growing demand for skilled professionals in our industry.
