Position Overview: We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers, Electricians, Plumbers, and Roofers with a focus on heating systems to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating systems and boilers. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork and technical expertise are valued. Multiple positions are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating systems, including solar panels, heat pumps, and boilers, in residential settings.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for heating equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an RGII / Electrician / Plumbers /
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, heating technology, and boiler mechanics.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Certification or licensure as an Mechanical Engineer (desirable but not mandatory) or Electrician.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety protocols and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications or training in renewable energy systems.
• Experience with gas boilers, heat pumps, solar thermal systems, or other sustainable heating technologies.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency practices and regulations.
