Field Sales Rep

We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to cover the Cork and Dublin regions.

Reporting to a Team Lead, the rep will be responsible for generating new business by engaging with potential customers at their homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door to door residential visits, generating leads and selling renewable energy products for homes.
• Present and explain product benefits and features to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the sales team.
• Track and report daily activities, including visits, leads and sales results.
• Regular communication and feedback to the team lead.
• Identify potential leads within assigned territories.

Skills/abilities/experience required associated with this role:

• No sales experience required.
• Must be flexible, as will be required to work evenings or weekends as needed.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self motivated, target driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full clean driving licence required as company car and fuel card provided.

Salary: €40,000 OTE

• Monday to Friday
• Teams will be based around around Cork and Dublin regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €27,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
